Where can I Go Tent Camping too see Fireworks on the 4th of July near Santa Rosa,CA?
I wanted to go camping out at Doran Beach this year but I was a little late on the reservation I guess they have been reserved for months now but I wanted to see if maybe someone knew somewhere by Sonoma County to see a fireworks show while Tent Camping Thank You..
Doran does have first come/first serve sites, a lot of them. But you can only see fireworks way off in the distance there, nothing close. I would have to say Clearlake state park. I do know for a fact that they have fireworks in the town of Clearlake, If you still want to go to Doran, show up by 7am on the first of July and I bet you would get a space. Oh, don't bother going to Wrights beach. The overflow camping sucks. Nothing at Bodega Dunes either.
